Art is a celebration of life . . . a theme of Judys life.
As a small child, Trudy began her art odyssey drawing and painting with her identical twin sister, Judy. Subsequent to Trudy receiving her B.S. in Textiles and Clothing from Carnegie-Mellon University, her professional career encompassed creative endeavors in advertising illustrations and graphics, fashion design and illustrations, set design, extensive credits in costume design for television, film and stage, and over the past fifteen years, fine art photography.
Trudy has worked on such television shows as Designing Women and Mamas Family to name a few but says that working with Burt Reynolds, Charles Durning and Marilou Henner on Evening Shade was the most fun Ive had.
Trudy also worked with famed designer Bob Mackie and his partners Ret Turner, Ray Aghayan and Pete Menefee at his costume house EC2.
On the stage, Trudy designed for Shakespeare On The Meadow, New Place Theatre Company and Beverly Hills Playhouse giving her artistic costuming flare to over twenty plays and ballets.
