He started his career as an actor, singer and dancer and performed in six Broadway musicals and touring companies including Grease. He was also the lead in the touring company of West Side Story throughout European Opera houses. His vast film and television credits include work alongside George Clooney, Anne Hathaway and Michelle Pfeiffer. Most recently, he was in Amazon’s Hunters and HBO’s Euphoria.

After years of experience and coaching actors on TV and film sets, Bernard developed his own revolutionary film acting and success methods for the artistic and business worlds and is a sought after international transformational teacher and coach for performers, athletes and business executives. Bernard trains some of the top artists in Hollywood and has started the careers of many well-known television and film actors around the world including Cameron Diaz among others. He coached Jeff Goldblum, Lindsay Lohan, Shira Haas, Evan Peters, LL Cool J, Jamie Dornan, Vanessa Hudgens, Milena Smit,  Suki Waterhouse, Fernando Cayo, A.R. Bernard has written about his acting and coaching techniques for various magazines and outlets including The Huffington Post and is a sought after expert on predicting winners for the Academy Awards. He has also been a jury member at many film festivals around the world.
